Swedish Massage   A Full body massage using light to moderate pressure designed to relax the mind and body using long hand strokes encouraging blood flow and muscle relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage  A full body massage using Myofascial Release technique and Trigger Point Therapy, the movements are more focused -targeting the deeper layers of muscles and problem areas.

Neuromuscular Therapy Massage Also known as trigger point therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage, this massage consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm or injury often using the thumbs, fingertips, or forearm for pressure in conjunction with breathing techniques

Sports Massage Emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons. But you do not have to be an athlete to benefit from this massage, it also benefits those with injuries, chronic pain, or limited range of motion. This massage uses fast pace and stimulating techniques generally concentrating on a specific problem area.

Integrative Massage    The best of all massages, because it is built just for you! Capture the maximum benefits from your massage treatment! This session is customized for each individual client using several massage modalities that best suit your specific needs!

Cupping therapy  An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Lymphatic Massage  Also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels, very light massage with long stroke techniques.
